About Us Rademacher Automotive was founded on the idea that everybody should be able to go into an automotive repair
facility and come out having had a good experience. We treat all of our
customers vehicles as if they were our own; with excellence. We, at Rademacher Automotive, strive to
treat our customers like they are part of our extended family and we expect our employees to "Go that extra mile" for all of our customers.
What drives us:
Each employee at Rademacher Automotive is driven to
excellence. We have all been taken advantage of at one
time or another, this is why we do not accept mediocrity.
What does this mean to you, the customer? You will
never have to wonder if the part that we replaced on your
vehicle really needed to be replaced. We at Rademacher
Automotive use the latest technology to diagnose and repair
vehicles. (This, along with our 50 years of combined
technical experience, helps us to limit "come back" vehicles
to a minimum and as a result we only replace what is broken,
nothing more. ) We offer our
recommendations for repairs and services and then let you
make the decision, no high pressured sales are permitted
here.
Our Team:

our customers. She is very valuable in that she stays
in touch with the consumer and passes on any concerns about
how to improve our company to the rest of the team.

Gary
Company
When Bob Rademacher
started Rademacher Automotive out of his garage at home he
had a goal in mind, that goal was to open an automotive
repair shop that people could come to with no worries of
being taken advantage of.
It didn't take long before
Bob out grew his little garage at home so he hired Billi
Swihart as office manager and moved into the old Grubb Feed
building, next to NAPA, in Fredericktown. As business
grew, Gary Elliot volunteered his time to help get this new
location up and going.
Our goal is to
slowly grow the business in order to offer more services to
our customers and give them another option when getting
their vehicle repaired or serviced. We do this by
keeping our prices on repairs and services low. We
also schedule efficiently in order to get our customers
vehicles in and out of our shop in a timely manner. It
doesn't do us or you any good if your car or truck is
sitting at our shop for days or weeks.
Another goal of the
Rademacher Automotive team is to pursue additional training and
education. We
at Rademacher Automotive believe in staying up to date on
the latest technologies in the automotive industries.
This is why we continue to maintain our ASE certifications.
We strive for that excellence that the E in ASE stands for.
When you go to the doctor you expect the best of care
(Excellence), don't expect anything less with your auto
repair shop.

Rademacher
Automotive also supports the community by belonging to the
Knox County Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Better
Business Bureau.
Part of staying up
to date is staying involved with trade associations.
In the automotive repair industry the two main associations
are iATN (International Automotive Technicians Network) and
ASA (Automotive Service Association) By staying involve with
these organizations this shows that we, at Rademacher
Automotive, are passionate about the auto repair business
and strive to offer you the best service available.
iATN is an international network of
thousands of automotive technicians who help each other
solve some of the most difficult vehicl
e
repair issues. So when you come to Rademacher
Automotive you may actually get the support of this world
wide network of knowledge.
ASA
offers national meetings and training to support the
automotive repair industry. They also maintain a
presence in Washington DC ensuring that our representatives
have your best interest in mind when making policy regarding
the auto repair business.
